You can save the world by saving yourself… and how do you do that?

It’s all about you.

How do you become actively passionate about saving the world?

How do you save the world? Reduce, re-use, recycle, vote, protest, petition, bicycle, walk, preserve nature, end capitalism, sustainable organic agriculture, sustainable organic gardening, permaculture. Yes. But how do you become deeply motivated to do all these things, how do you become actively passionate about saving the world?

By fulfilling your soul's purpose, which is to become love. Imagine a world filled with human beings brimming over with love, what would they effortlessly choose to do? What would occupy their thoughts and their time? Healing, kindness, helping, being love to everyone and everything. Planet saved! Only, how do you become love...?

There are many parts to understanding what seems to be a simple question, but as you know, there are many paths to God. One thing that can awaken the feelings of being love can be loss. The experience of loss is the beginning of learning how to be whole by yourself, to love yourself fully. This is your heart's deepest desire. In the pain of loss and separation you come to understand the pain of every other person in the world, and to understand is to love.

Surrender

You can become open to being love and you can invite love into your heart.

Another opening to loving yourself, to being love, is to surrender to truth. Only in the truth can you see who you are, and then see the truth that your soul is love. You can become open to being love and invite love into your heart. This is alchemy, a sincere wish for the highest good.

When you walk these paths, you will find yourself being love, and by being love, in your interactions, with kindness, with understanding, with compassion, you will become one with your soul, and so with love.

The moment you accept your non-peace, your non-peace becomes transmuted into peace. Anything you accept fully will take you into peace. This is the miracle of surrender. Eckhart Tolle

How do you express and experience the sacred?

By prioritizing. We all have the mundane world to live in and that does not go away, we have to provide shelter, food, clothing for ourselves, we have to work, care for our children, share responsibilities with our partner and so on.

We all have the sacred within us. We are all infinite beings of love who can share our deepest loving selves with the whole world. What often happens is that the demands of the mundane on our lives insist on becoming a priority. Things have to be taken care of, our jobs demand overtime, our children demand extra time, our houses demand our free time.

Our relationships come last on the list, and our love of self is damaged and often forgotten completely. If instead we begin with our most sacred relationship, with ourselves, with being love and allow that priority to infuse our entire lives from that sacred place, then all our priorities are adjusted and everything in our lives becomes an expression of that sacred love.

It’s

all

about

you!
